We are talking about IAS officer Soumya Sharma, who cleared the UPSC exam with All India Rank (AIR) 9 in her very first attempt. Let us tell you that it was not easy for Soumya to pass the UPSC CSE exam. By the time she was sixteen, she had lost 90 to 95 percent of her hearing. However, he never let this weakness come in the way of his career.
Saumya Sharma is a resident of Delhi. When she was 11 years old, her hearing ability started gradually decreasing, after which by the age of 16 she had almost completely lost her hearing ability. The family was very worried about the condition of their daughter. The daughter was treated, but even after getting treatment and medicines from many places, Soumya did not get any relief. Ultimately he was advised to use a hearing aid to be able to hear properly.
After completing her schooling, Soumya took admission in National Law School (NLU) to study law and during her studies, she used to read about UPSC. After completing her graduation, she decided to prepare for UPSC. He worked day and night for this exam. In the year 2017, she appeared for the UPSC CSE exam for the first time and was selected for the post of IAS officer by securing 9th rank.

Soumya used to study only 5-6 hours every day. She used to use the internet to read daily current affairs. At the same time, she advises the candidates not to take UPSC CSAT lightly and to solve it easily, they must solve the previous question papers. Because some difficult questions are asked in it.
